About Us!
IAL was created on the wonderful Invisionfree on the 9th September 2005 by Laura. It took some while, with the help with few members to get the forum up and running. Kel joining the admin team in the November.
The forum went through several design changes, and the amount of members slowly grew.
By April 2006, the post counts daily were rising. Friendships were being born, and IAL was being promoted and linked anywhere that was allowed! Getting a link with Shannis.com was a great acheivement for us, as it was one of the greatest, and largest Sharon and Dennis fansites. ( of whom many members of IAL today, found eachother and bonded! )
In March 2006, Kay ( Smidge on IAL) was made promoter, then into moderator, which left space for promoters! Enter, Natalie, Melissa, then Emma and Lottie. ( Thanks for the work you did for us girls. )
Natalie was then made into Bebo Boss, & Emily, Media Member.
February 2007 saw our Forum going .com then this Website turning .co.uk in the March.
By April 16th we unfortunately ( By accident) deleted 190 memberships, and since then we had to rebuild the member count once more!
No-one was to believe that we would ever end up being known to Letitia, as she gets tons of fanmail ... so to find IAL being linked to her official website, set up by her brother Stephen in October ...
