Letitia Dean's Lean Routine

Katie: The routines do seem really upbeat and not boring so it should be fun doing it, but it all does seem do able! So far, i'm loving it!

Destiny: I'v dropped 2 dress sizes doing this DVD with a proper diet!

Shelley: She is so fantastic in it! She doesn't just do the moves, she talks and plays a big part in it too unlike other exercise DVD's where the trainer only does the talking etc.
If this DVD doesn't help me lose weight, nothing bloody will!

Mary: Ahh no I LOVE it. She's fantastic in it and I love her little winks and pouting and smiling and I love the fact she cant talk because she's sooo out of breath. Makes it even more real.

Laura: I know people may not approve of Tish's new look or whatever, but to me she looks very healthy in the DVD, and know's what she's doing! Good luck to her and I hope the DVD goes flying off the shelves!
