What we've done ...
The Star was born ...
Once IAL had started to gain members, we was able to start thinking as a fansite! Leanne, on September 11th 2006, asked in a thread whether we was to get Letitia anything for her 39th Birthday. It was IAL's first opportunity to present itself as a group of fans ... and it would of been the first Letitia would ever of heard of IAL if she was to receive the gift. After several ideas, Laura came up with the idea of naming a star after the woman they all believed, was a star anyway. The idea went down well, and after a group was formed, Leanne, Kay, Laura, Melissa, Emma, Emily, Kel, Lottie & Emz all rallied around and bought the star and sent it from IAL. Thanks girls to this day.
Emz' design for the birthday card was voted as the one we would use. The star was soon received and posted alongside the IAL card to Letitia on the 13th November 2006 ( Yes, we left it rather late, but we were soon to learn she got it ).
We didnt expect to hear any news, so we simply carried on with talking and discussing Letitia, and it was only until the Panto season in Northampton, where Letitia starred as Queen Esmerelda in Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs, did we hear through the grapevine that she received it. But we had no confirmation.
Princess Twinkle Toes ...
At not one point, did we think Team Princess Twinkle Toes would ever emerge as the hugest things IAL has ever acheived.
Alot of us members were so hyped up and happy that we had finally got a confirmation that Letitia was to star in Series 5 of the BBC hit series, Strictly Come Dancing. Letitia had been out of the public limelight for some while, after spending some quality time with close family & friends. The public couldnt of forgotton the very popular blonde barmaid of The Queen Victoria in EastEnders? Her fans sure hadnt.
In the 'Strictly Come Dancing 2007' thread, Katie, Jo ( Letiticious) and Laura, began to randomly chat about if she were to get to the final ... then to how popular we wondered she was. Then, a simple name 'Team Princess Twinkle Toes' was created, and glorified into a glittery banner. Though we wanted to go just another step forward. T-shirts.
It was soon to be, that Katie designed the logo, and after many emails thrown back and fourth at companies, Laura found the cheapest at £6 per T-shirt. What a bargain! We got a mock up t-shirt made and was put across to the rest of IAL members and it was greatly received. Printed t-shirts were bring printed and sent back to the individuals asap, and it took Laura and Lottie a shopping trip to find Letitia and Darren's tops. Their tops were printed and sent off with a Good Luck Card ... ( In time this year! )
The Forum begin to pick up even more ( sometimes having 30 members online at once :o ) when Strictly Come Dancing began, and it was then, that someone had mentioned there was an Official Letitia Dean Website, that had been made. Stephen, Letitia's older brother had created the site for his sister. And was soon pointing out that a Facebook page had been created for 'Princess Twinkle Toes' . Finally caught on?
The members of IAL were so pleased to find Stephen had heard of TPTT which meant Letitia had. It was just so unbelievable. Members joined the Facebook page, and you can still find it today.

'Princess Twinkle Toes' made it to Week 10 and we were so proud of her. Though now we were excited about the thought of seeing her live ... as she was now off to Ipswich ... for Panto season, with Big Bro, Stephen.
Stephen ... Letitia's lucky mascot.
December 28th was a long wait for Jo, Kelly, & Shelley. It was soon to be known that they had 2 spare tickets, which Laura and Lottie snapped up only a few days before.
Stephen had claimed he was Letitia and Darren's lucky mascot on ' It Takes Two', so it was only right that he got a TPTT top himself? Laura hurridly got a printed TPTT top and wrapped it up in the camp Cinderella wrapping paper, topped up with a Pink Cinderella bag. Oh yes she did!
Hannah, Katie, Laura and Jo had been discussing on the Forum to do Letitia a card which was soon to be named as 'The Big One'. It was to be sent with personalised handwritten messages on. There wasnt enough time to post, due to the Christmas Post ... so it was put into a big envelope safely as it was covered in sequins ( Which Letitia claimed she would be too, until December ;) We was going to extend it to January 6th!!! ;P )
So off the top and card went with Richie in the camp pink bag. Though Letitia the following day, said she thought the top was for her ... even though she already had one ... Reckon she liked them that much she wanted to take her brothers? !!! ;)
